Composition method:
Every 20 images (roughly 7 minutes) were stacked using a lighten and average method. Those images were combined using the average for the foreground and houses, and the lighten parts for the skies to see the structure in the clouds. The first 160 images were used to make 8 strips from golden hour to nautical twilight. The strips were cut vertical along the house front, and at an 11° degree angle in the road in front of the houses (so overall a J shaped cut). Then the cuts were blended with a 512 pixel gradient. For the sky hand adjustments to the blend were done for a more natural look.

The last 42 images were taken with an EV of -2.0 to get properly exposed pictures of the illuminated evening windows. A selection of 20 of those 42 were stacked with average and then cut out and overlayed onto the final picture.

EXIF: Canon EOS R5mark2, lens RF 16mm f/2.8 STM, f11, iso 1600, s 1/25 to 1s (Aperture priority mode), for the last 42 pictures EV -2.0 to be able to get properly exposed windows.
